Yes. It is a low-foam concentrate made for sealed tanks, so it will not foam over, clog the pump or cloud the clean-water reservoir. Customers run it in Roborock, Roomba, Tineco, Eufy, Bissell, Shark and Eureka machines.

Fill the tank with the diluted solution only. Never pour concentrate straight into a tank. If your machine's manual says to use water or the brand's own solution, that instruction is usually about warranty coverage rather than about this formula, so read your warranty terms before you switch.

It is a 1:100 concentrate. Squeeze the bottle once and the inner chamber fills to a marked line, so you pour a measured dose instead of guessing.

At 1:100, one 16.9 fl oz bottle makes about 13 gallons (1,690 fl oz) of ready-to-use solution. On a robot mop with a 16 oz clean-water tank, that is over 100 tank refills. For bucket mopping, follow the dilution printed on the label.

It should not. Streaking usually comes from cleaners built to shine rather than to rinse. They leave a polymer behind that hazes as it dries. This formula is residue-light and dries clear rather than glossy.

The one thing that does cause streaking is over-dosing. Too much concentrate leaves a sticky film that catches every footprint, so use the measured dose. If a floor has old build-up from a previous cleaner, the first pass may lift that residue before the finish looks even.

Use it at the diluted rate on sealed hardwood, tile and grout including ceramic and mosaic tile, laminate, luxury vinyl plank, bamboo, sealed stone and sealed terrazzo.

Avoid unsealed or waxed wood, and avoid unsealed marble, travertine and other porous stone. On a porous surface, any diluted cleaner can dull the finish over time. On an older floor whose finish you are unsure of, spot test a hidden corner and let it dry fully before you do the room.

Deionized water, alkyl polyglucoside (a sugar-based surfactant), a nonionic surfactant, sodium citrate, citronella essential oil, a preservative and a colorant. It contains no chlorine bleach and no ammonia.

Two things matter here: how you use it, and where you store it.

While you clean: this formula is scented with citronella essential oil. Ventilate the room, and keep pets and children off the floor until it has dried completely. Once the floor is dry, normal activity is fine. Animals do not all tolerate essential oils equally well, and cats and birds are more sensitive to them than dogs are, so if you have a cat or a bird, or a pet with a respiratory condition, check with your vet before using any scented floor cleaner, this one included.

Between uses: the bottle is a 100X concentrate, not a ready-to-use cleaner. Keep it capped, upright and out of reach of children and pets, the same way you would store any concentrated household product. Only the diluted solution goes on the floor, never the undiluted liquid.

We do not describe this product as pet-safe. That is a claim we would need testing to support, and we would rather give you the full ingredient list and clear instructions than a label. The ingredients are in the question above.

No, and we do not make any germ-kill claim for it. This is a cleaner. It lifts soil, grease and footprints off a hard floor.

If you need to disinfect, for example after illness or on a surface that touched raw meat, use a product that is EPA-registered as a disinfectant and follow the contact time on its label.

The scent comes from citronella essential oil, the same wording printed on the bottle. It is a botanical scent rather than a chemical one, and it is noticeable.

Reviews split on it: some people like it, and some find it strong in a small or closed room. If you are sensitive to scent, use the measured dose rather than doubling up, work in a ventilated room, and open a window for the first few minutes. The scent fades as the floor dries.

The economics are the difference. OEM robot mop solutions are sold ready to use, which means most of what you pay to ship is water. This is a 1:100 concentrate, so one 16.9 fl oz bottle replaces roughly 13 gallons of ready-to-use cleaner.

Whether a third-party solution affects your machine's warranty depends on your manufacturer's terms, so read them before you switch.

Every bottle is 16.9 fl oz of 100X concentrate. The 2-pack is two bottles, the 4-pack is four and the 6-pack is six. At 1:100 that is about 26, 52 and 78 gallons of ready-to-use solution respectively.

Shelf life is three years, and that holds whether or not the bottle has been opened. Store it upright and capped, out of direct sun, and do not let it freeze.

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. You are welcome to open the outer carton, but each bottle needs to still be sealed. If you have opened one bottle and the rest are still sealed, tell us how many are unopened and we will refund those. A bottle whose seal is broken cannot be refunded, because a liquid cleaning product cannot be resold once it has been opened. In most cases we will not ask you to ship anything back: we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
