Seaways Washing Machine Cleaner

I got this to help keep the insides of my washing machine cleaner and to help reduce some of the mildewy smell. I used one packet right away and put it on a normal wash cycle with hot water. The washer smelt better after that cycle but since it was the first time I had really cleaned it in a LONG time I went a head and used a second packet. I'm not sure if I noticed anything different after using the second one but overall it does seem cleaner. I could have probably just used the first one and then used the second one a week or two later and been fine. Overall I am pretty satisfied with this though I wouldn't mind if it had a bit of a citrus smell or something with it.

This is a cleaning product that comes in powder form, and you're supposed to use it to clean the inside ofyour washing machine.
Does it work? Honestly, it's a bit of a mixed bag. l didn't see any noticeable difference, but it did smellfresher.
It might work better for some types of washing machines than others (top-load vs. front-load, forexample).
If your washer is seriously funky, you'll probably see a bigger difference than if you clean it regularly.
All in all, lt seems like this Cleaner Powder can be effective, especially for a deep clean. But, like with manycleaning products, your mileage may vary. lt might be worth a try if you're looking for a dedicated cleanerbut don't expect miracles if your machine is only mildly dirty.
